Jon lives in Canterbury and delivers mobile personal training across Kent. He is part of the 4D Fitness team, one of the leading personal training companies in the UK, and so can address all 4 dimensions of your health, fitness and wellbeing. He is REPS Level 3 qualified, and has a passion for sport, exercise and healthy living that is truly inspiring. He has tried his hand at many sports competetively, including Rugby, Cricket, Athletics and Martial Arts, but his real passion is running. He trains with Invicta AC, competing at middle distance, and has recently completed the Brighton Half Marathon.

He has also completed modules in Outdoor Training and Sports Conditioning, he has a Level 1 award in Sports Leadership and was awarded the Sports Coach Student of the Year Award on his training programme. JON'S PHILOSOPHY AS A PERSONAL TRAINER IN KENT
Jon has completed the 4D Training Systems and uses the holistic principal of addressing exercise, nutrition, posture and lifestyle with his clients. He has experienced himself the progress that can be achieved by this combined approach, and has seen the effects it can have on his clients. He will work with you to first assess your individual situation - including biomechanics, neuromuscular skills, breathing, proprioception, flexibility and body type - and then implement a corrective programme that may include 5 minute morning exercise routines, food diaries, training sessions, home exercise programmes, sports, etc. - whatever works for your body and lifestyle!
